The basic rules for using Level Higher content, products and downloads.
Website content
Level Higher provides editorial material and product information for general educational purposes. Content is not legal, financial, medical or investment advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the information or software described here.
Software and external services
Products and linked services may change, pause or become private. Reasonable effort is made to keep descriptions accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Academy accounts and courses
An account is personal to the person who creates it. Keep the password confidential and do not share paid access. Course availability, lessons and interactive features may evolve as AI tools and production practices change. Private and scheduled courses are not part of the public catalogue until Level Higher publishes them. Public previews and free courses may require a free account; Pro material requires an active paid membership or eligible lifetime pass.
Memberships and billing
Current price, billing period and included access are shown before Stripe checkout. Monthly and annual plans renew for the displayed period until cancelled. Billing and cancellation can be managed through the Stripe customer portal linked from the member account. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues until the paid period ends. A Founder Pass provides Academy access without a recurring Academy fee for the lifetime of the Academy service; it does not transfer ownership of course content or guarantee that every separate future product will be included.
Digital field guides
Prices and the included guide are shown before checkout. After a confirmed payment, access is provided to the purchased PDF. Do not redistribute, resell or publish a purchased guide. If delivery fails or a file is defective, contact Level Higher so the access problem can be investigated. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Community and AI assistance
The Discord community is a support and discussion layer, not an emergency or professional advice service. Bot answers can be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked before they are used in consequential work. Community access can be moderated to protect members and the service. Discord remains a separate third-party service governed by its own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, probe private files, overload the service, automate fraudulent purchases or interfere with other visitors. Security research requires prior written permission.
Intellectual property
Original site content, branding, interfaces and field guides are owned by Level Higher or used with permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Broader reproduction requires permission.
Advertising
Advertisements may be supplied by third parties. An advertisement is not an endorsement by Level Higher. Sponsored or affiliate content will be disclosed separately if introduced.
